Cancellation Policy
We process orders daily and begin fulfillment immediately after receiving them.
For this reason, any modifications or cancellation requests may not be possible once an order has entered processing or shipment.
If a cancellation request cannot be fulfilled before processing, customers must wait until the order is delivered and then follow the return process outlined in our Returns and Refunds policy.
Any approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days.
Returns and Refunds
We provide a 15-day return window for unused items returned in their original packaging. However, we do not issue refunds for used, worn, or damaged items due to normal use or misuse.
If you return a non-approved item without a valid reason or outside the 15-day timeframe, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

Any items purchased with promotional pricing, limited-time offers, or via a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
To start a return, email us within 15 days of delivery, providing your order number and return reason. All returns must be approved before shipping the product back.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Include your order number and shipping name inside the return package to ensure prompt processing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for items that arrive damaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Upon receiving your return, we may take up to 10 business days to inspect the item(s). Once approved, please allow up to 40 business days from the confirmation date for the refund to be processed.
If you have not received your refund after confirmation of processing, please contact your financial institution.
Product Concerns
We take product safety seriously and encourage customers to use our products safely and responsibly. Please follow all provided usage instructions and safety guidelines.
Failure to do so may result in damage or injury, for which Dolcate cannot be held responsible, and any refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
If you experience discomfort while using our products, discontinue use immediately and contact us through our contact page. Our team will assist you accordingly.
Damaged Items
We carefully package all products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged only if it is defective or physically broken. Cosmetic damage to packaging (e.g., dented boxes) is not considered product damage if the item itself is intact.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with a clear photo of the damage. Approved damaged items may qualify for a replacement at no cost.
We do not refund or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order promptly, Dolcate is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
For delivery issues, customers must contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
